A short and spontaneous poem. I was sitting in class having my thoughtless time when suddenly some ideas crept in my mind and i just gave them the first words with which i related them...
The gloomy night lingers on
Still thoughts, stagnant water
Abode of moss, hyacinth
Waiting to rot off
I threw a pebble
To break the stillness
Blocked by hyacinth
Resistant to change
I kept on throwing
Believing that change
Is as necessary as birth
And as inevitable as death
Hyacinth leaves shatter
Moss clears the way
Ripples in water
A new dawn, thoughts sway...

ReplyDeleteAs for inspiration, there was none in particular. Just some random thoughts knocking the empty skull of mine.
And the prof already knows that we build castles in the air in his class. That's why he is so out of his mind. :D
